Dr. Muhammad Umar embarked on his medical journey in 2002 when he completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree at Khyber Medical College (KMC) in Peshawar. This marked the beginning of their extensive medical education and training.
After obtaining their MBBS, Dr. Muhammad Umar pursued further specialization in the field of medicine. He underwent rigorous training, culminating in the achievement of the prestigious Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPSII ) in General Medicine. This specialized training exposed them to a wide range of medical conditions and treatments, allowing them to develop a deep understanding of internal medicine.
In addition to their FCPSII in Medicine, Dr. Muhammad Umar also pursued further qualifications by completing a degree in MCPS (Member of College of Physicians and Surgeons) Family Medicine. This training equipped them with the skills and knowledge needed to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, with a particular focus on family-centered healthcare.
Throughout his educational journey and training, Dr. Muhammad Umar had the opportunity to work in various prestigious hospitals, including Lady Reading Hospital (LRH), Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH), and Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC) in Peshawar. These hospitals are renowned for their commitment to medical excellence, and Dr. M Umar his training experiences and his undoubtedly enriched their medical expertise.
Today, Dr. Muhammad Umar practices as a General Practitioner (GP), Medical Specialist, and Family Physician. His diverse training background, encompassing both internal medicine and family medicine, positions them as a versatile healthcare provider capable of addressing a wide array of medical concerns. With their dedication to patient care and their extensive training, Dr M Umar is well-equipped to provide high-quality medical services to their patients, promoting overall health and well-being.
